1.4) No Affiliation to Any Cryptocurrency. hyBit is not affiliated in any manner with any cryptocurrency. hyBit allows employers to send cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH and USDT) payments to employees in the form of salary, via integrating third party wallet infrastructure. hyBit safely stores the Users’ information and does not disclose User data directly to cryptocurrency exchanges.
1.5) Execution Risk. Sending employee payments outlined on the hyBit employee portal are executed on third-party controlled exchanges and wallets. hyBit is not a trading platform and does not store or trade cryptocurrencies. Any execution failures or other events related to third-party exchanges ARE ENTIRELY OUTSIDE OF hyBit’s control. hyBit does not take any liability for failures related to third-party exchanges. Use of third-party exchanges/wallets is solely at your own risk. Any financial risks associated with your trading decisions are reserved to you only.
